At Skin Patels, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • The product must not be damaged or tampered with
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Due to hygiene reasons, certain skincare products may not be eligible for return once opened or used.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used skincare products
  • Items purchased on sale or discount (if applicable)
  • Gift cards or promotional items

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued via your original payment method or bank transfer (for Cash on Delivery orders)

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your bank or payment provider (processing times may vary)
  • If the issue persists, contact us for assistance

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
